This is one of the cleanest homes we have rented. It was great for our family, it had everything we needed. The large kitchen was great as we all could help get meals. Plenty of beds for everyone. Nice have the back yard for our dog. Erik was the best property manager I have worked with. He made sure we could park our small motorhome there. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a place in South Lake Tahoe He made it easy for us, recommend from where to rent a boat to finding a doggie day care for the dog. "Wonderful house" We had 12 people for my husbands 50th birthday. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is fantastic. Check-in is a breeze, we went straight to the house. We just brought food & drink & the house is stocked with everything you will need. We will definitely be back!!

Living at its best in fabulous upscale South Lake Tahoe home Fabulous upscale home with all the amenities. Nice furnishings and very comfortable beds. Plenty of room for good size groups to enjoy the home and feel comfortable. Property is clean and well maintained by a very helpful owner. Centrally located to the ski resorts and Tahoe area activities. We will definitely be coming back. Teps Villa Roma restaurant in South Lake Tahoe is wonderful...the Chicken Marcela is fantastic. Getaway Cafe in Meyers is great for breakfast or lunch. BEAUTIFUL Cabin, Excellent Manager! My group and I stayed at this cabin at the end of January. The property manager, Erik, has been so helpful with booking the trip from start to finish. He has lighting fast response times and it was convenient for me to be able to reach him through e-mail or telephone. The cabin description and pictures are very accurate. The cabin was well maintained and was spotless when we arrived. This has been the most beautiful and luxurious cabin I have stayed at in Tahoe. Everything is fully furnished and there is a LOT of space for you and your group. The amenities are countless and you can be sure your group will be entertained throughout your trip. The property was very easy to get to and to find. There is ample space between this property and the neighboring properties, so you dont have to worry about your neighbors being too loud. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family, not only because its a nice cabin, but also because the property manager will work with you 110% to ensure your stay is enjoyable. We enjoyed it so much, were going to try to arrange another trip for next year! Thank you, Erik! Unbelievable Value! I had a large group (13 people) and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was great. The pictures are an accurate representation of the house, it is a beautiful home! The manager was very responsive and we had no issues. I would definitely stay here again. For the money I think youll have a hard time finding a better place to stay. GREAT VACATION RENTAL! I am very picky when it comes to my vacation and getting the best for a great price. That is what I found with this vacation home. I was up many nights looking at hundreds of rental homes in the South and North Tahoe area and this was the best. I thought it was a good deal and a nice home when I seen the pics and the cost but in person was even better. Erik the rental manager was excellent in making sure everything was in order and ready to go.I cant say enough about this home. Me and my family (12 of us) had more than enough room to feel we all had our space when needed. The home was so much more than I could have hoped for. You need not to look at another rental because this is not a better value around lake Tahoe. Thanks gain Erik for all your help we will be back next year! Amazing place! This house is simply amazing. We were 15 and even without snow in Tahoe we had an amazing time.

Property Manager a pleasure to work with It was already a headache trying to wrangle 6 couples together but Erik (the property manager) made sure that working with him was one LESS headache to have to worry about! He was very timely and responsive to my emails and phone calls and, from the very beginning, made me feel very comfortable in working with him. He knows his properties very well and initially worked with me on choosing from over 70 other properties before we settled on this one; Ill definitely look at this cabin the next time a large group of us are coming to Tahoe!

Beautiful house and great manager We stayed at this house during first week of October 2011. The property manager, Erik, replied so fast through email and made booking so smoothly and easily. We were all pleased to stay at the spotless and stunning house just as shown in the website description and pictures. We all enjoyed the stay so much and this is definitely the first choice if we ever want to make a trip to Tahoe. Wonderful Cabin, and Great Property Manager After 6 years of using VRBO to rent wonderful cabins all over the Tahoe area, I have to say that this was the best cabin weve ever stayed in. It truly is incredibly spacious and luxurious, and it was a perfect place to host our week-long winter getaway for our family and friends. The property manager is also a wonderful asset for this rental, as he was on top of everything, making sure the cabin was ready to go when we arrived, and readily available via cell/text whenever we had a question or concern. I would have no reservation from renting this place again for our next Tahoe vacation. Beautiful and very well maintained house! We recently spent a weekend at this gorgeous house and really liked it. The house is huge and is very clean and well maintained. The hot tub too was very clean and ready with hot water when we arrived. The bose sound docks and pool table made the house even more fun. The dining table is perfect for playing cards or board games. Erik was very pleasant to deal with. He gave us a discount and also allowed early check in and late check out at no extra charge. Moreover he was very responsive via SMS even at 11:00 pm on a Friday night. I highly recommend this rental! Thank you Erik :)

Book this house for a jaw dropping entrance The home is located roughly 15-20 mins from Sierra Mountains (GREAT beginner place with free access to the bunny slopes) and about 15 to Heavenly. I had 14 people staying at this house and every single last one of them LOVED it. It was immaculate, modern, cozy, and can seat 7 people in the hot tub comfortably. I loved that the fire place was on when we arrived and the road was snow/ice free. The rules are simple, treat it as though it were your own home (and take out the garbage). If youre worried if theres enough room, I had a few people crash on the couch just because. There were extra beds open but the couches were very comfortable for sleeping and snoring. Every room has a fantastic view and is very spacious. This house is gigantic and worth every penny. Some suggestions are to add games but thats only a nice to have. We spent the majority of the time drinking and talking to one another. Has pots/pans/utensils/cups so thats covered. Make sure you cook here, the kitchen is wonderful. The only downside is that Internet went down for 2 days. Help was deployed but it was never fixed. MAJOR props to Erik the property manager for helping me plan and coordinate this visit. He was extremely responsive and always called me back when i had a question. This was very much appreciated especially since you are giving money to someone you havent met! I was refunded my deposit about 1 1/2 weeks after we left. This place has it all. Have all of your friends and family talk about a glorious trip by booking this house. Beautiful Property inside and out This is a wonderful vacation rental. My husband and I rented this property for our yearly family get together with 3 of our grown children, their spouses, and children. There was plenty of room for all of us (14) to be together comfortably and to even get away from each other:) This home is well maintained with very sturdy bones. It was also very easy to keep clean. We liked being just a little out of town. The home is furnished with everything you will need. We brought our own griddle, so that would be a nice addition along with some pizza pie pans, and a crockpot. The area is beautiful, with great places to explore, Emerald Bay, the Baldwin beach old estates,shopping at Heavenly center, so do rent this house you wont be disappointed, Erik was very accommodating and helpful during our stay as well.

Best Place to Spend The Holidays Away From Home This is the second year we spent Thanksgiving here at the Tahoe house. We were so pleased last year we booked it again this year, and are happy we did. The whole family loves it, there is room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the house and all of the amenities. The Jacuzzi is huge and has the best jets, after a day on the mountain you will be stoked. Huge kitchen for everyone to cook and visit and three fireplaces keeps it toasty. We will be back next year. Great House for Large Group We stayed for a week at this home in December 2012 and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house was well equipped and large enough for several couples to stay comfortably. Ideal for a group with older children as there are two separate living areas. Erik, the property manager, is wonderful to work with. We will definitely be keeping this home on our list of top South Lake Tahoe properties. GOOD TIMES!!!! First off, I would like to personally thank Erik for accomodating me and my family to ensure everything went smoothly. Erik you were a real pleasure to deal with! MY REVIEW: This is an exellent place to stay to just get away and relax. The home is gorgeous and equipped with everyting you need. The home is also located in a great location which is near some great running/hiking trails. Theres really no words to describe the home so you will have to see for yourself. The pictures really do not do the place any justice but believe me if you are considering this place. You will not be disappointed. If I had to make any negative comments it would be that there was no backyard for the kids to play. But really this is so minimal compared to the beauty of the home and its location. Suggestion: BluRay player. We brought bluray movies but did not see a bluray player. Anyhow, I would totally recommend this place and I will definitly be returning in the near future!!! This was a perfect getaway home! This was a wonderful retreat for me, my husband, and our 14 friends. I loved the layout of all the rooms, and there was plenty of space for groups of us to gather and chitchat/play board games. I loved that the house was so well-furnished, especially in the kitchen where we were able to cook most of our meals. The only thing missing was a lake view, but I figure thats a minor thing that I can overlook since getting to the beach was only 10-15 min anyway. :) What a great house! The next best thing is this private location with nice forest setting in a nice neighborhood just minutes to everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer! Come again soon!

A wonderful house Our party of five families stayed in this house for 3 nights and we all had a very great time there. The house is very spacious with a good layout and detailed decorations/materials. It even has some board games there for kids of different ages. The bunk bed room is a plus plus for some of our older kids to stay and sleep over together. Erik, the property manager, is very easy to work with, and he helped to make sure the two air mattresses were there as promised. Payment, check-in/out and deposit refund process is easy. Id have no hesitation to highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a great time in the South Tahoe area with a big group of people. We are already considering staying in this same house again next year! The only recommendation may be just the dinning table, which is a bit too high for younger kids to sit at. Recommended for: Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children Owners Response: Well keep the dining room table suggestion in mind when time for an upgrade. Come again soon!

Celebrating our "50th" in style. This home (felt like home as soon as we walked in) was clean and well maintained. Everything was there for a relaxing vacation. The kids love the bunked bed and the pool table on the second & 3rd floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter top. Wonderful Home This is a beautiful home...it has 4 stories and is great for large families or groups. There is plenty of room to spread out, has a good location, and the house is well decorated.
