•           Expansive decks systems offer a nice mix of privacy, gathering areas, fire pit, views overlooking the backyard, mountains, and surrounding forest.
•           Hot tub located outside the Queen Bedroom Room #3 (Pink) and also easily accessible from the dining room door. The hot tub deck can also be accessed from downstairs using the deck stairs. This same upper deck also has the gas firepit, patio furniture, BBQ grill, and views that will bring a nice sense of relaxation to your stay.
•           All decks are nicely furnished with patio furniture and umbrellas (seasonal availability may vary)
•           Audio Video: Roku TVs with Bluetooth audio options, screen sharing, DVD/Blue ray player. Upgrades currently underway.

•           Game Room: located away from other areas of the home so noise is not much of an issue. •           Snow removal is contracted for decks, hot tub, and driveway. Allow our team to do the heavy lifting while you watch on from inside. Compare to our competition and don't get caught without snow removal services. 
•           Hot tub is professionally serviced before and after each guest stay. You can expect warm crystal clear water upon arrival.
•           Air Conditioning: portable A/C unit available when temperatures rise and easy to use in the upper level. Downstairs stays nice and cool.
